Recommendations: The residents asked German Yakubov, Developer to rethink the building schematics by having four (4) units as they were opposed to six (6) units in this RM-1 – 1,446 square ft lot which needs 2,400 square ft allowable for a six unit building, which was not met. The attendee’s stated that they agreed to the demolition of the rear garage plus adding 7.7/8” to the roof area to add a mechanical unit with stair access this area but not for the resident use.
The developer was asked to rethink his plans and he was invited to come back with a revision draft suitable for comfortable living.
