Bettye Ferguson, President/CEO
Ms. Ferguson founded the organization in the year 1990. She became the boards CEO in year 2010. A committed volunteer, she currently operates the corporation free infant/toddler diaper bank that provides services to low Income families in Philadelphia. Her education is finance and non-profit management.
Ashley Spearman, V. President
Ms. Spearman has served on the BACA-CDC Board since 2014 - has made strides with the youth development functionality. She's currently teaching middle school in one of the local Philadelphia charter school's. Ashley is also an Performing Arts major.
Cheryl E.F. Brooks, Secretary
Ms. Brooks has served as an adamant volunteer since 2009, and thereafter accepted the role as Board Secretary. Cheryl serves on the youth development committee where she contributes to the outreach that's provided for the neighborhood children.
Hope Palmer, Treasurer
Ms. Palmer was elected as Treasurer to the board in year "2001" soon after she volunteered with the organization. Her educational background in finance led her to that role. She has worked in the cash office for a major department store in Philadelphia. Hope also volunteers on the youth development, and chairs the finance committee.
